Etchilhampton is a small village just a couple of miles south east of Devizes, one of the bigger towns in Wiltshire. The church seems to be of fairly ordinary construction, but the graveyard contains some fine old stones, including a mysterious group of 8 apparently very old stones, with no markings. I could find nothing about these stones in my researches and they must therefore remain a mystery.
